Federația Română de Fotbal
Commercial Partners Manager: In this role, I was responsible for maintaining relationships with existing partners from all the brands from the Romanian Football Federation (e.g.: all the national teams, all the competitions) in sponsorship, PR, and brand activations, as well as identifying new partners by proposing and coordinating the implementation of new, creative, co-branded campaign projects. My area of responsibility included the commercial, financial, legal, and communication aspects of collaboration with each partner, ensuring the organization's maintenance of crucial commercial relationships. This was vital for economic stability and the exposure of the organization’s brands. I placed a strong emphasis on meeting project deadlines and excelled in the creative aspect of my role: many of the projects I coordinated were based on innovative activation ideas, which resulted in new revenue streams for the organization (such as sports tourism or mixed music-football projects).

Asociația ZI DE BINE
Zi de Bine Association aims to create communities, support thousands of people in vulnerable situations, and raise awareness around neglected causes. It proposes to help 12 causes, one for each month of the year. Each cause selected by the Zi de Bine Association addresses a community, is realized within a maximum of 30 days, and is implemented with the help of a local NGO. Our job for this project included developing a three-year revenue strategy, managing short-term and medium-term resources, as well as finding new sponsors to ensure the successful execution of the projects.

SAGA
Saga Festival: In its first year, we successfully secured and managed several sponsors, laying the foundation for a memorable event. Our efforts ensured strong partnerships and smooth operations, contributing to the festival's initial success and promising future.

Muzeul Fotbalului (Football Museum Bucharest)
The first football museum in Eastern Europe - a bold initiative, entirely funded by a private project where the support of sponsors was essential.

Meciul de Adio al Generației de Aur
A once-in-a-lifetime project. The Farewell Match of the Golden Generation, held on May 25, 2024, in Bucharest, was a historic first in Romanian sports events. The National Arena set an attendance record with 54,967 spectators. This tribute match honored the Golden Generation, the team that left an indelible mark on Romanian football history with its achievements. The presence of world-famous football figures such as Hristo Stoichkov, Rivaldo, Dida, Sebastien Frey, Christian Karembeu, Nuno Gomes, and José Mourinho gave the event significant international visibility, further cementing the Golden Generation's status as sports legends.

Hai, România, pe Calea Victoriei!
Throughout EURO 2024, every tournament match will be broadcast daily on a giant screen. Besides watching the games, spectators can enjoy a variety of activities and events, including:
